What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping across the country, typically arriving within 3-5 business days. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping, and tracking information is provided via email once your order departs our warehouse.
Can I return tea products if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if your order is damaged or if there was an error in fulfillment, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do your tisanes contain caffeine?
Our herbal tisanes are naturally caffeine-free, making them perfect for evening relaxation. Our traditional black, green, and oolong teas do contain varying levels of caffeine.
